The steel structure workshop project can be designed according to the customer's requirements in terms of length, width, and height, which can be designed as a single layer or two layers.
Length: The total length of the plant needs to be determined. Whether there is a requirement for the column spacing, the column spacing is generally 6m, but it can also be 7.5m, 9m, or 12m;
Span: generally 9-36m, with 3m as a multiple, when the span is large, it is necessary to determine the design of several spans;
Height: indoor floor to the intersection of steel column axis and steel beam axis (clear height of plant), without lifting the crane should be 4.5-9m; when there is a crane, the specific model and lifting height of the crane should be determined;

Design Strength:
We have our own design team which can provide customized design. It can also produce series of steel structure products with different structures and specifications.
Packing and Delivery:
1. Steel components are packaged with steel pallets at the factory with the coding number, which is convenient for customers to unload; small steel structures are bundled with iron wires and hung with tags.
2. Fasteners are packed in wooden cases
3. The upper layer of the color-coated roof and wall panel is covered with plastic film, and the maintenance edge is wrapped with plastic film and labelled.
4. Container type: 40ft HC, 20ft GP
Installation process:
Once the shipment is completed, we will provide detailed installation drawings and guidance. If necessary, we can also provide on-site installation guidance services.
